Disputes are not your problem alone
If a customer is unhappy, we mediate. Every job has a record — messages, photos, what was agreed — so it is not your word against theirs.

Everything happens in the app — applying, verification, quoting and getting paid. Sign up with your mobile number.
Build your profile
Pick your trades and the areas you cover, upload your ID, set your weekly availability, and add a photo and a short bio. Add at least one photo of your work — it is what customers compare.
Get verified
We run identity, background and right-to-work checks, and our team reviews your profile before you go live. We will tell you if anything is missing.
Start quoting
Once you are approved, quote on jobs in your feed. Do the work, mark it complete in the app, and your payout follows on the next cycle.
We vet everyone. That is the point.

- You are at least 18, and have the legal right to work and provide your services in Singapore.
- A valid ID for verification, plus any licences your trade requires.
- Your own insurance — including public liability and, where it applies, work-injury compensation cover.
- A smartphone, and a bank account for payouts.
- Real skill in your trade. We run an interview and reference checks, not just a form.
You work through Handyy as an independent contractor, not an employee. The full terms are in the Service Provider Agreement, and the pro support centre covers how quoting, payouts and disputes work day to day.
